Rt 128 Honda and Reading Fire Department Partner for Record-Breaking Toys for Tots Drive
Rt 128 Honda, in partnership with the Reading Fire Department, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of their annual Toys for Tots drive, which ran from October 1st through December 15th. The community's generosity resulted in the collection of 10 boxes of toys/ 20 large bags, along with $500.00 in cash raised through raffle sales.
The drive was managed and coordinated by community leader Ashley Auld, a dedicated firefighter/paramedic with the Reading Fire Department who is also currently studying to become a nurse. Her efforts, along with the volunteers she coordinates, were instrumental in the initiative's success. The collected items have been delivered to a sorting center for distribution to children in need this holiday season. Dan Loggins, Owner and General Manager of Rt 128 Honda, and Rita Rose Pasquale, the dealership's Community and Events Manager, initiated the partnership last year and plan to make it an annual event.
Deck the Windows
We had 12 families join us on Sunday, December 7th, to help decorate our windows with fun, festive holiday art! In addition to all of the fabulous window designs, we enjoyed hot chocolate and gingerbread pizzelle cookies. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun afternoon!

Route 128 Honda Doubles Its Impact in Annual Food Drive
Today was a proud and meaningful day for all of us at Route 128 Honda.
Thanks to the generosity of our customers, staff, and community partners, we delivered two trucks filled to the brim with non-perishable food items to support our local Reading food pantry.
This year, we were determined to raise the bar — and we did exactly that.
We doubled our collection efforts from last year, ensuring that even more families in our community will have access to the food and support they need, especially during the holiday season.
Our team, along with volunteers and donors, came together in a spirit of compassion and service. Every can, box, and bag contributed represents the heart of a community that looks out for one another. We are truly grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s food drive an overwhelming success. Route 128 Honda remains committed to giving back and strengthening the community we are so proud to serve.

Wakefield Independence Day Parade
We proudly partnered with the Wakefield Independence Day Committee (WIDC) and participated in the annual 4th of July Parade. A great time was had by all and we look forward to next year!
Fighting For Josh
At Route 128 Honda, we believe in standing by our community in times of need. On Sunday, June 22nd, we were honored to host a special martial arts class at our dealership to support 13‑year‑old Josh Pelletrino, who was recently diagnosed with bone cancer.
Led by longtime martial arts instructors Rita “Sifu Rita” Rose Pasquale and Anthony “Master Anthony” Pasquale, the event brought students and supporters together to raise funds for Josh’s care and to assist his family with expenses during his treatment journey.
The class took place in our facility, with the space proudly donated by Route 128 Honda’s owner, Dan Loggins. We’re thrilled to share that the event raised $975, and Dan generously matched the proceeds with an additional $975 donation, bringing the total amount raised to $1,950.
We are grateful to everyone who attended or contributed to this important cause, and we remain committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our neighbors.
